2019 State of Smart Working Survey

We invite business leaders to complete the first national survey about smart working.  All participants will receive the subsequent report.

Take 4 minutes to complete the 2019 Smart Working Survey

We are living through a fundamental transformation in the way that people want to work. The demand from the UK Workforce for smart working options is such that to attract the best talent, organisations must have a smart workforce strategy in place or face the consequences of skills gaps.

Thankfully, more and more businesses are adopting Smart Workforce Models – introducing more flexible working options such as mobile, hub, co-working or remote working into their organisation because they want to tap into a wider talent pool, reduce overheads, improve staff engagement and improve productivity.

But Smart Working is more than issuing employees with a laptop and smart phone and suggesting they can work from home a couple of days a week. To successfully deploy smart working, organisations require the right infrastructure and culture and a strong smart workforce strategy that helps them take action today to prepare for tomorrow’s work, workforces and workplace.

2019 heralds the first of our annual state of the nation smart working survey. We are collating data about the adoption of smart working across the nation which will provide policy makers in business and government with valuable insights into what action should be taken to ensure the UK has a smart workforce – fit for the future. If you complete the 4 minute survey, our report and recommendations will be shared with you.
